Dr. Kim Kozina Evanoski is an aging care manager and the CEO and Owner of Care Manage For All, LLC. Kim and her excellent professional team provide innovative care management services in Upstate New York. There, they serve a 20-county regional area, covering cities like Ithaca, Corning, Binghamton, Johnson City, Watkins Glen, and many others. Furthermore, expanded services now include Albany Capital District region, as well as the Rochester region.
Ms. Evanoski and her team’s goal is to provide access to services, reduce human suffering, and build wellness in daily living by providing high quality services. Kim Kozina Evanoski provides services in healthcare, social work, public administration, education and care management. Her clients are the elders, individuals with disabilities, care partners, and families living in New York State. Even more, her passion is to promote care partnership, to encourage care partner wellness and education, and to build professional collaborations that use a person-directed care service model.
In addition, Kim has over 30 years of experience, with an Education Doctorate in Executive Leadership (Ed.D.) degree, as well as Masters in Public Administration, and a Masters in Social Work. Furthermore, she is nationally certified as a Care Manager and has Advanced Professional status as an Aging Life Care Expert.
