FL Aging Care Manager Norma Berger
Norma Berger is a certified care manager located in Gainesville, Florida. She has over fifteen years of experience working with the aging population in Gainesville. She is a co-founder of PALM Aging Life Management, an aging care company serving Alachua, Flagler, Marion, Volusia, St. Johns counties and surrounding communities.
Before joining PALM Aging Life Management, Norma received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She then went on to get her Graduate Certificate in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida. She is an advanced professional member of the Aging Life Care Association. Additionally, she also serves as a facilitator for a local support group for caregivers of people with dementia, sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association.
Norma has extensive knowledge of our community and available services, working to connect her clients to other providers throughout the area. This allows for her to professionally coordinate care to meet the needs of seniors and their family members. She has a deep love and respect for the aging community and aims to honor their independence and choices.
In her spare time, Norma enjoys performing in local theater productions, singing in Voices Rising Community Chorus, and cooking for friends and family.
