Arizona Geriatric Care Manager Ron Goldman
Ron Goldman is a certified care manager providing care in Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff, Arizona. He has over 20 years of experience working with older adults. He also founded Arizona Elder Care in 2006.
Ron received his bachelor’s degree from Prescott College and his master’s degree in social work from California State University at Long Beach. His credentials include Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Fiduciary (LF), and Care Manager, Certified (CMC). Mr. Goldman served on the board of the Western Region for the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers (now the Aging Life Care Association). In addition, he also served on the boards of the Verde Valley Caregivers, and is currently Vice President of the Fruhman Charitable Foundation.
Ron Goldman loves his job because he’s working directly with seniors and their families to improve quality of life. When adult children are feeling overwhelmed and unsure how they will pay for care when their parents’ health starts failing, he wants to be there to help make the experience easier. Furthermore, Ron’s background includes working closely with veterans, AIDS patients, and hospice patients. He also has experience working in geriatric psychiatric hospitals and drug/alcohol treatment centers.
