Delaware Aging Care Manager Sandy Myers
Sandy Myers is a certified care manager providing her services to New Castle County, Delaware. She has more than 25 years of expertise assisting clients and their families in securing quality care and support. Currently, Ms. Myers is part of the team at Brandywine Elder Care Management.
Sandy earned her degree in Public Health from West Chester University. She is currently an active member of Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA). Also, she holds the designation of Care Manager Certified (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM). Sandy began her career in case management that ultimately led to her role as the Director of Community Living for a non-profit agency spanning throughout Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties in PA.
Sandy Myers brings her skills in the assessment and development of individualized care plans to meet each person’s unique needs. In addition, she has extensive experience with managing applications and approval submissions for a variety of funding sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, other waivers, and private insurance. She understands the importance of quality care and how to navigate obstacles with both home care and in the long-term care industry.
