Idaho Aging Care Manager Teresa Haldorson
Teresa Haldorson is a certified care manager and registered nurse located in Meridian, Idaho. She is the owner and founder of Optimal Aging Boise, an aging care company that collaborates with seniors and care providers to provide nursing expertise.
Teresa holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Linfield College. After that, she went on to get her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Washington. In addition, she is a member of the Aging Life Care Association (ACLA) and acts as the speaker for the Greater Idaho chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Teresa aims to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to successfully overcome the challenges that her clients face. Through the development of tailored care plans and assessments, she provides clients with options for implementation. Ultimately, her goal is to optimize everyday activities for seniors so that they can continue doing the things they love throughout the aging process.
